Scope of Guarantee

All products have the Returns & Refund guarantee. We Guaranteed the full refund if the items you receive has the following issues:

  • They broken, damaged, defective.
  • The wrong item or size not matched with your order is delivered.
  • The item is missed in the transit and not delivered.

Guaranteed Protection Period

You can submit refund requests up to 3 days after your order has been delivered. You can do this by easily sending email to our customer service info@hyggeh.com.

Please note that you can only open one dispute per order. Please also note that we need the proof of the defective or wrong delivered item as an attachment in your email.

Refund Money Fulfillment

Once the scope of guarantee verified, the full refund easily will be applied within 10 days to your account.

Store Credit

If the customer agreed, we can also provide a store credit instead of full refund and customer can use it to order any other products from Hyggeh Online Store.
