We understand our customers' concerns about delivery times, and we address this by including the estimated delivery time for each item in its description.

All Hyggeh handmade products are crafted in Canada and are only available for delivery within Canada.

Estimated Delivery Time: 15-40 business days, depending on production time, as all our products are handmade and primarily "made to order" or custom-made.

Shipping Cost: Free across Canada for all orders.

Returns

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The item is eligible for return or full refund if the following conditions applies:

  • Received item is damaged, broken or out of shape
  • wrong item is shipped to the customer 
  • item has different shape or specifications that the product description

The seller has to provide the proof or image of the mentioned problems to get the return label from the seller. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hyggemogge@gmail.com and send your item to: 650 Sheppard Ave East, Toronto ON M2K3E4, Canada.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

While we do not have a physical showroom or retail location, we proudly serve many retailers across Canada through our wholesale program. Our online platform offers detailed, high-quality images of our products, complete with exact measurements and material descriptions, to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

To further assist our customers, we can also provide additional images or videos of products prior to shipment. What sets us apart from other suppliers is our strong commitment to communication. Do you offer installment or financing options for your products?

Yes, we offer installment and financing options on all of our products. During checkout, customers can apply for financing, and they will be assessed before receiving a confirmation of approval. Once approved, the payment will be automatically deducted from their account based on the selected items.

For our handmade Herzic carpets, the payment structure is slightly different. The payment is deducted per square meter of the carpet as production progresses. We provide customers with images and proof of production at each stage. To process the installment, customers are required to enter their credit card information, and payments will be automatically deducted via their chosen payment method.

We aim to offer flexible and transparent payment options to make it easier for our customers to purchase the items they love.

Do you ship internationally or only in Canada?

While our primary shipping focus is on North America, including Canada and the United States, we have expanded our reach over the past year to offer international shipping worldwide, with a particular emphasis on Europe and the UK. Customers from most locations across the globe are welcome to place orders with us.

Currently, we do not ship to the Middle East, but we are actively working to expand our shipping options in the future. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination, but we are pleased to offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.
